'A' Series Cars

The engines used in the original metro wearing the Austin badge were trusted units that had been used in a remarkable number of cars in the BL and BMC range over the 50 year production span. The first car to be fitted with the engine was the Austin A30 in 1951 and the last one rolled of the production line in a mini in the year 2000. Below is the list of all the cars that were fitted with 'A' series engines.
